This is my Tennessee Walker, Bravo and I. I had wanted a horse my whole life but back problems were a concern. I drew and painted them for many years. I had said to my daughter, "All I want is an older, layed back, smallish, gaited horse." My daughter mentioned this to her riding instructor. The instructor pointed at a pasture full of 20 horses and said, "Go look for the Palomino... he's for sale." I walked over to the pasture fence and Bravo looked at me whinnied and came right over. He followed me down the fence as I went to get my daughter and back up the fence again. I had tears streaming down my face. The horse picked me. Of course I bought him. We ride trail and do a little arena work.

Kathy Walker, owner and art director, has almost 30 years of experience in graphic design and advertising. She started her second graphic design studio, Counterpoint Design, in 1991. Kathy Walker was honored for her published work by the Who's Who Directory starting in the year 2000. She won an Art Directors Club Award in 1980 and an Alfie Award in 1982 for her ad designs.
