It's always good marketing to keep in touch with
previous buyers of your horses. When someone has an
outstanding horse, one of the first questions people
ask is, "Where did you get him (her)?"
The easiest sales you can make are to previous, happy
customers and the people they can refer to you. A
quarterly postcard, an event flyer, a newsletter, a
Christmas card or note will go a long ways in
maintaining those important relationships.
